The hallway leads to the living room and open plan kitchen opening on to the pool and garden / sun terrace. Bedrooms located downstairs leading onto a private garden with plenty natural day-light. Having the bedrooms below ground make the staircase quite dark. To avoid this bricks have been placed with gaps sealed with glass on the outside.
The kitchen is separated from the dining room with a dinner service unit. The all in one feeling still is kept but with defining the kitchen grounds the use of area has been expanded and kitchen has not been clustered with cupboards.
Glass windows with minimal frame width have been used on both sides of the property with white walls and furniture giving the property a pure feel.
Like I initially mentioned it is simple and basic what makes this property great.
